  • Arthritis is an umbrella term used to refer to hundreds of different types
    of joint pain or joint disease. Meaning, Arthritis is not a single disease it is
    a way of categorizing various Joint disorders, since people of almost
    every age, sex, and place of origin can have arthritis, albeit their causes
    might be different. Arthritis is a very common condition in women and
    keeps growing with age.
  • During arthritis, the cartilage (a smooth, spongy material that covers the
    bones of a joint to make it move smoothly without pain) and synovium
    gets depleted. Due to this depletion of cartilage and synovium fluid a lot
    of friction occurs when we move the joint-bones, this friction causes
    tremendous pain.
  • At present, there is no permanent cure for Arthritis but with expert care

  4. Infectious Arthritis

Osteoarthritis:

A type of degenerative arthritis, and the most common
form of Arthritis in which the cartilage between two bones, especially joint
bones wear away, this causes pain, swelling and a lot of stiffness. With
the passage of time, the condition only becomes severe and the bones
start getting rubbed very harshly, all this results in joint replacement.


Rheumatoid Arthritis:

It is a condition in which the body as part of the
natural defence mechanism starts releasing inflammation against the
joints and end up destroying bones and muscles near it.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a type of Inflammatory Arthritis.

Its cause is not specified as of yet but doctors believe that it can occur
due factors can trigger an autoimmune response. Smoking is one such
factor that can trigger rheumatoid arthritis.

    As the patient is diagnosed with Arthritis, getting an expert’s opinion is
    critical, while there are following remedies or strategies that can be
    applied to manage arthritis:
